Production Process and Quality Control of Anchor Plate in Prestressed Anchorage System
This article details the production process and quality control measures for anchor plates in prestressed anchorage systems. Shente Materials uses high-quality steel and follows an 8-step process including sawing, turning, CNC drilling, quenching and tempering, finishing, and zinc plating to ensure stable mechanical properties and durability. Products have been applied in over 20 projects such as Qingdao Art Bay, Zibo Railway Station, and Yiwu Free Trade Zone.
Background and Technical Assessment
The anchorage system is a permanent anchoring device used in post-tensioned concrete structures to maintain the tension of prestressing tendons and transfer it to the concrete. As a critical component, the anchor plate ensures the reliability and safety of the prestressed concrete structure. However, inferior anchor plates on the market often suffer from poor anchorage performance, uneven material, unstable mechanical properties, and insufficient strength, leading to tensioning failure and inadequate anchoring force, posing safety risks and unnecessary costs. To prevent these issues, Shente Materials adheres to a quality-first principle, strictly controlling every key production step. We select high-quality steel and apply rigorous process standards, paying attention to every detail to ensure anchor plate quality from the source. The processing flow is categorized into eight steps: sawing, turning outer diameter and end face, CNC drilling, CNC rough reaming, quenching and tempering, precision turning of outer diameter and end face, radial drilling machine precision reaming, and surface color zinc plating. Each step is strictly controlled to ensure product stability and high quality. Quenching and tempering adjust the steel's properties, enhancing strength, hardness, plasticity, and overall mechanical performance. After heat treatment, samples are inspected to ensure each batch has higher durability and stability, effectively avoiding safety hazards and cost overruns. Precision turning and reaming ensure geometric accuracy and surface smoothness, providing a better user experience. Finally, chemical color zinc plating isolates the steel from air corrosion, extending product life and saving costs. With industry-leading quality and innovation, Shente Materials has formed a competitive advantage, supplying anchorage systems to over 20 projects including Qingdao Art Bay, Zibo Railway Station, Yiwu Free Trade Zone, Shenzhen Yantian Port, Northeast Asia Aquatic Products Trading Center, and Zhanjiang Tianhe Cold Storage. Under safe and orderly production, Shente Materials follows the business philosophy of 'customer-centric, technology-driven, quality-based, management-efficient,' continuously improving product and service quality to create higher value for customers. Anhui Shente Prestressed Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2020, is a foundational enterprise in the BICP group's 'prestressed low-carbon building lifecycle solution service' industry chain, responsible for R&D, production, and sales of anchorage system materials and equipment. It produces various specifications of prestressed anchors, bellows, and supporting tensioning, release, and grouting equipment, mainly used in cold chain warehouses, logistics storage, floors, stadiums, bridges, and railways.
