BICP · Company Overview

Industrial Jointless Floor Engineering

BICP provides jointless industrial floor design and analysis for warehouses, plants, cold stores and automated facilities: fewer joints, controlled cracking and durable heavy-duty performance, with armoured joint systems manufactured and supplied by SHENTE where joints must remain.

Company Positioning

Engineering practice for large industrial floors

Design analysis for large industrial floors under heavy loads, forklift traffic, AGV operations and demanding service conditions.

Engineering is the first service BICP provides on any international project. It is scoped and delivered independently of any product supply.

How BICP and SHENTE work together

Engineering first, product supply only where joints must remain

Clients come to BICP with a floor problem. BICP analyses the floor and settles the design route. Where construction or functional joints must remain, they are designed properly, and where an armoured joint is justified it is manufactured and supplied by SHENTE.

Engineering by BICP

Engineering and technical consulting are provided as an independent professional service with its own scope and fee. The preliminary review is free; detailed analysis, system optimisation and joint engineering are quoted per project.

Manufactured & Supplied by SHENTE

Product supply of armoured joint systems is a separate commercial layer, manufactured and supplied by SHENTE only where the engineering analysis shows that joints must remain and an armoured joint is justified.

Product systems behind the engineering

The technical systems BICP draws on

Building types BICP works in

Start with the question the project needs to answer

01

Cold-Chain Warehouses

How should low-temperature floors, column grids, storage capacity, racking and temperature zones be coordinated?

02

Industrial Plants

How should floors, structures and production conditions be coordinated to reduce maintenance and layout disruption?

03

Underground Car Parks

How should soil cover, clear height, excavation, drainage, uplift and total cost be assessed together?

04

Data Centres

How should high loads, dense services and future expansion be coordinated?

05

High-Standard Warehouses

How should land intensity, multi-storey operation, heavy floor loads and vehicle access be matched?

06

Logistics Warehouses

How should aisles, racking loads, joint durability and automated equipment travel be matched?

Supporting Capabilities

Complex judgement stays within the professional system

Post-Tensioned Structural Engineering

Compare column grids, spans, loads, clear height, services, construction and project economics; a scenario match does not mean every project should use post-tensioning.

TaiShu Cloud Project-Digitalisation Support

Support preliminary assessment, project coordination, document records and maintenance traceability; critical engineering conclusions remain subject to professional review.

Whole-Lifecycle Engineering Coordination

Connect preliminary assessment, scheme optimisation, material coordination, delivery and asset maintenance; scope and responsibility are defined by the project contract.

Shente Materials and Component Support

Support post-tensioned structures, integrated floors and underground works; performance, specifications and application boundaries follow reviewed product documents and project requirements.

Submit your project for a preliminary review

Send the project type, location, floor area, loads and the issue you most want to resolve. The preliminary review is free; you will receive a written first assessment and the parameters needed for a detailed analysis.
