Huangshanghuang Cold Chain Warehouse – BICP Case Study

BICP served as the contractor for the core cold storage project of Huangxing Cold Chain, a subsidiary of Huangshanghuang, in Nanchang Xiaolan Economic Development Zone. The project covers 280 mu with a planned investment of CNY 3 billion. BICP utilized advanced post-tensioned structures, integrated flooring, and AI-powered engineering project digital management platform to achieve high-standard design including large-span column grids, seamless structural systems, and flat slabs. During construction, technical challenges were overcome through innovative measures. The integrated low-carbon and digital construction solution reduced civil construction costs by 15% and increased effective storage capacity by 20%, providing an economical, efficient, and energy-saving option for the cold chain warehouse.
