Qufu ETDZ Sci-Tech Innovation Park – Post-Tensioned Floor Case St

In 2024, China's automotive industry demands higher floor quality for intelligent and large-scale production. Traditional floors with numerous joints are prone to deformation and cracking, leading to high maintenance costs. The Qufu Economic Development Zone Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park built the first heavy-duty workshop in China's automotive industry using post-tensioned floor technology. With a total construction area of 120,000 m² and an investment of 800 million RMB, the project was contracted by Shandong Shengqiang Construction Group and designed by Wuxi Industrial Architecture Design and Research Institute. BICP provided the innovative "Taiping" ultra-long joint-free industrial floor solution, achieving a 100-meter joint-free integrated floor through detailed design and construction delivery.
