- Existing floors: condition survey, defect zoning and repair recommendations.
How we work with your design team
BICP provides engineering analysis, technical consulting and concept / specialist design support, and works alongside your local design team and the licensed engineer of record, who integrates these inputs into the project design and takes it through local approval.
- Deliverables include analysis reports, design concepts, specification inputs and technical recommendations.
- Site supervision, testing and acceptance follow the procedures of the project and its jurisdiction.
SHENTE materials
SHENTE manufactures and supplies post-tensioning and related engineering materials, including armoured joint systems.
- Each delivery comes with quality records and batch traceability.
- Material selection advice is provided for the specific application and loads.
Project information and confidentiality
Drawings, data and site information you share are used only for your project.
- Project data is used with authorisation, collected on a minimum-necessary basis and archived.
- Project references that name an owner or use test data are published with the owner's consent.
