Anhui Shente Prestressed Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anhui Shente), established in 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BICP. It specializes in the production of various specifications of prestressed anchorages, corrugated pipes, and associated tensioning, release, and grouting equipment. Its products are primarily used in professional prestressed anchorage systems for cold chain warehouses, logistics storage, floors, stadiums, bridges, railways, and other projects.

This patent is a corrosion-resistant and rust-proof prestressed flat anchorage specifically designed for cold chain warehouses, floors, and logistics storage projects. When prestressed strands are arranged in slab structures, flat anchorages allow the strands to be laid in a flat radial pattern to avoid increasing slab thickness, thereby reducing the thickness of post-tensioned members.

The protective cap protects the strands. The mounting holes on the flat trumpet facilitate connection between the trumpet and the cap using bolts, improving sealing. The cap allows anti-corrosion grease to enter the grease zone, preventing corrosion of the internal strands and anchorages, thereby extending the service life of the structure.
The tapered holes in the anchor plate cooperate with the wedges, using a wedge action to clamp and anchor the strands. The trumpet and spiral reinforcement are embedded in concrete to form a load-bearing component that meets the requirements for transferring prestress. The trumpet bears the anchor stress and transfers it to the prestressed concrete structure, while the spiral reinforcement confines the concrete in the anchorage zone, resists splitting, and improves the ultimate strain of the axially loaded reinforced concrete member.
